Return and refund policy

Cancel order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot intercept order cancellations if the product has already been shipped.

Returns
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to finalise your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer bears the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the courier company you choose.

If the product is damaged or unusable due to our fault, e.g. for product or transport reasons, please contact EBYTE: [email protected]. After consultation with our technical staff, we will arrange a reissue or refund.

Reimbursement
As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a delivery notification by e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
